1. Handling Return/Refund Requests
1.1 Customer Request Initiation
- Refund Tenure: Customers must submit return or refund requests within 30 working days of receiving the product.
- Proof of Purchase: Customers are required to provide valid proof of purchase. Acceptable forms include the order confirmation email, receipt, or order ID associated with the purchase.
1.2 Notification and Verification
- Upon receiving a return or refund request, we will initiate a review process. It will take not more than 3 - 7 business days.
- Customers may be asked to provide supporting evidence (such as photos or videos) to verify issues such as damage, defects, or incorrect orders.
1.3 Approval and Refund Authorization
- If the product is verified as defective or incorrect, a full refund will be approved.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or if the product is returned without defect, a partial refund may be issued, subject to a deduction for the original delivery cost.
- All approved refunds will be processed after receiving the returned item, if applicable.

- Items that are damaged, or altered by the customer will not qualify for a refund.

- Refunds will be processed within 3 to 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
2.3 Non-Defective Returns
- In cases where the product is not defective, the refund will be calculated as: Product Price – the Delivery Charge
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns.
3. Obligations and Liabilities

- Provide complete and accurate proof of purchase
- Ensure products are returned in acceptable condition

CuCrCo will:

4. Exchanges
- If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund:
- You must first return the original item in its original condition and packaging.
- Once we receive and process the return, a refund will be issued, and you may place a new order for the replacement product.
