  • Our standard processing time is typically 2–4 business days, though this may vary depending on the product type, seasonal demand, or order volume.
  • Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

  • We offer standard and, where applicable, expedited shipping options.
  • Customers will see the estimated delivery time frame for each product on its respective product page before placing the order.
  • As a general guideline, standard delivery times range from 4–8 business days after the order has been processed.
  • All delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, weather disruptions, or other events beyond our control.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, chosen shipping method, and the weight and dimensions of the products in your order.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number, if tracking is available for your order.
  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active and reflect online.

5. International Shipping

  • At this time, we ship to locations within the United States only.
  • If international shipping becomes available, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees will be the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Customs clearance may result in additional delays beyond our standard delivery estimates.

6. Failed Deliveries & Address Issues

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of checkout.
  • We are not liable for delivery issues or failed shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
  • In cases of failed delivery or returned packages due to incorrect address entry, reshipping charges may apply.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible via the Contact page on this website.
  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the expected delivery date for lost shipments or within 7 days of delivery for damaged items.
